NH State Veterans' Cemetery

On July 1, 1997, The New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery was legislatively established. The facility was funded jointly by the state and federal governments. The 104 acres of land was previously used as a state forest in the town of Boscawen, New Hampshire. The current cemetery development of 14 acres provides adequate burial sites for several years to come.
NH State Forest Nursery
The New Hampshire State Forest Nursery is a facility and program administered by the Forest Management Bureau in the Division of Forests and Lands, a division of the Department of Resources and Economic Development.

Our county outreach staff connects directly to the larger resources of UNH Cooperative Extension’s campus-based subject-matter specialists, to the University of New Hampshire faculty, and to the nation’s land grant university system. Specialists and county outreach staff conduct field research and organize programs based on requests from stakeholder groups.
